We understand that having a company come into your home and install windows, doors, conservatories etc can be daunting for you. You may be worried about a number of things. But we can assure you that you’re in very safe hands.
We’re always thinking ahead, this is because we want to make you feel as happy as possible about having us install our products into your home. That’s why we’ve put together some of the most common questions we usually face when meeting potential and existing customers.
How long will my windows last? – Our windows come with a 10-year manufacturers guarantee. Which is why we supply and install them. They’re durable, low-maintenance and energy efficient. So you can be sure you’re getting the very best quality products that will last a very long time – you’ve got our word on that.
Can you match my existing style of window? – At MGP we offer a large range of windows to suit your preference. If not, we can give you a top quality product that we can guarantee you’ll be delighted with! What’s the energy rating of your windows? – We can range ratings from A-G. A being the very best available. As a standard at MEE Glazed Products Ltd we supply and install only A-Rated, however, if you require a lower rating we can sort that for you. How much will my windows cost? – All our windows are bespoke which basically means they’re tailor made to suit your property. This means we can not give you a price off the cuff, as prices range. Call the office to arrange a surveyor to come to your home for a quick 15 minute measure up and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible with your quote. But, don’t panic – we won’t chase up, we won’t be pushy, we’ll send a postal quotation or phone-call… it’s entirely up to you.
How long will it take to fit my windows? – In most cases we allow a minimum of 1 to 2 days, however, that depends on the number and windows types you select. We’ll go through all of this with you during a survey.
How long will it take me to get my new windows? – It is our aim to make your MGP experience enjoyable, so that’s means we don’t want to be a hindrance on you and your day-to-day routines. Because of this, we tend to set a time of around 2-3 weeks from the point of order to the point of them being installed in your property. However, during busy periods, weather, and other things coming up this could change – but we’ll discuss this with you.
